  • We are completely transparent with all costs of labour and materials and understand that clients may change their mind, and therefore require flexibility.
  • We can agree a provisional fee, paid at regular intervals depending on the size of the project, which would be based on the total expected cost and length of the project.
  • Should changes be required we will advise immediately of the scope of items required and approve the costs before proceeding.
